    Services: Carol’s Place – 30-120 day brief transitional housing program.
    Palmer Apartments – 12-month transitional housing program focusing on goals to end cycle of homelessness, including addiction and barriers to successful community integration.
    Cooperative Homes – permanent, cooperative residential housing programs. Residents live cooperatively to reduce the stresses and expenses of independent living. One site provides housing for adult clients with families.
