Our Five Goals
We can end homelessness in this community if we are focused and determined. Following are the steps that will get us there:
-
Permanent Housing
Provide permanent housing for 2,400 homeless individuals and families, moving people to housing as rapidly as they are ready.
-
Services
Provide a safety net and pathways to ensure that all homeless individuals and families transition to permanent housing.
-
Funding
Fully fund the permanent housing and services needed to end homelessness.
-
Advocacy
Build the community will—throughout the region—to fully support the permanent housing and services needed to end homelessness.
-
Accountability
Continuously evaluate and optimize the permanent housing and services needed to end homelessness.
